Chaining or tethering refers to the practice of restraining a dog to a stationary object. Chaining does not refer to dogs walked on leashes.
Common Effects of Chaining
Do you know a dog who would enjoy a fenced yard to run and have the opportunity to play with their people? We are here to help. Our all-volunteer group provides and/or installs fences for people who choose to unchain their dog(s). We are scheduling installations now. If you have a referral, please go to our "Contact Us" page or call 802-552-0613.
